ABSTRACTION IN SPACE: Color, Collage, Composition and more! This workshop will explore creating space in abstract painting. Inspired by the work of Mary Vernon (Dallas) and Chuta Kimura (Japan), Billie Bourgeois will lead artists in a ‘space-making’ abstract painting adventure.
Using drawing, printmaking, stenciling, and collage, artists will create spatial relationships by engaging scale change, overlapping, a horizon line, and grids. Join ESAC for a very playful and fun experience!
